The Santa to the Sea Marathon, with over 1,600 runners, was not only packed full of people - it was also packed full of Vapur Anti-Bottles! Yes, that’s right - Vapur donated 100 Anti-Bottles to the participants of this annual holiday half marathon that took place in Oxnard, California on Dec. 12, 2010.One of the runners of this 13.1 mile race was Vapur Co-founder Jason Carignan, finishing with an impressive time of 1 hour 52 minutes. Jason, of course, had his .4L Anti-Bottle as a running companion, keeping him hydrated the whole the way.Linda Lester, one of Santa to the Sea’s organizers, explained that the bottles were a hit, “These are the coolest bottles, I love it!”And we loved having the Anti-Bottle (and a Vapur co-founder) participating in the marathon!
