FAQ
How does the Vapur EZ Lick™ work?
Remove the protective dust shield to reveal the PupCap™ lick-ball dispenser. Hold the bottle so your dog can reach the roller ball; licking activates the water flow.
How much water does EZ Lick hold?
EZ Lick holds 0.7 liters, or 23 ounces, of water.
Does the bottle fold up when empty?
Yes. Its flexible design lets it roll, fold or flatten when empty, making it easier to pack than a rigid bottle.
Is EZ Lick easy to carry?
Yes. The integrated carabiner lets you attach it to a backpack, bag or other gear.
How do I clean my EZ Lick?
Remove the cap and carabiner, inflate the bottle slightly, and position it upside down over the dishwasher rack prongs. Clean on the top rack according to Vapur's care instructions. Hand-wash with dish soap and a bottle brush if you've used anything other than water.
Can dogs of different sizes use EZ Lick?
The PupCap™ is designed for dogs to drink by licking the roller ball. Individual dogs may need time to become familiar with the drinking mechanism, so supervise initial use and make sure your dog is comfortable using it. You can put peanut butter or wipe salami on the end of the roller ball for first use to get the dog comfortable & interested.
Is EZ Lick leakproof?
Vapur advertises a leakproof guarantee for its EZ Lick bottle. Ensure the cap and drinking components are properly assembled and secured before carrying it.
What warranty does EZ Lick include?
Refer to Vapur's current warranty policy for coverage, exclusions and claim instructions.
