Refill Station Program

Vapur teamed up with Elkay, the world leader in stainless steel hydration systems, to create the Vapur Refill Station Program. This program aims to educate individuals on waste created by disposable water bottles and provide a more convenient way to hydrate. With billions of bottles of water consumed globally every year and fewer than 20-percent recycled, the vast majority of disposable bottles end up as plastic waste in landfills. The program includes both the installation of water refill stations and the sale of Vapur’s reusable Anti-Bottles. With Vapur Refill Stations, there’s no excuse not to use the reusable!

Vapur Refill Stations are springing up in state and national parks, colleges and universities, as well as travel and hospitality destinations throughout the United States. Program adopters not only reduce the waste created by disposable water bottles, but also help refuel the nation. Now more than ever, it’s important kick the disposable bottle habit and stay healthy by keeping hydrated. With the Vapur Refill Program, safe drinking water will be more portable and accessible than ever!

“The Vapur Refill Station Program addresses two issues that we are very passionate about at Vapur; the environment and hydration,” said Brent Reinke, Co-Founder and CAO of Vapur. “Vapur was founded with a commitment to raising awareness about the global water crisis and empowering people to make a difference. The Refill Station Program is one of the many avenues we are using to help further these causes and make the simple act of staying hydrated more sustainable.”
