Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Product ("Product") and you purchased or received the Product directly from www.Vapur.us , you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the Product invoice date. Provided the returned or exchanged Product is returned within this 30 day period and the Product is in an "as purchased" condition (as determined in Vapur's sole discretion), we will then issue you either a refund or web-store credit, as requested by you. Restocking fees will apply unless the Product received was damaged upon original receipt by you or was shipped incorrectly by us. Any Product which is either returned after such 30 period or is not in an "as purchased" condition, will not be accepted by us unless the returned Product is covered by our Product Warranty.
If you purchased the Product from a retail store or website other than www.Vapur.us, please contact such retailer or website directly for return/exchange instructions.
Receipt of Wrong Product
If you received the wrong Product in your shipment from us, or something is missing from your order, please contact our customer service department at info@vapur.us. To assist us in expediting prompt resolution of the shipping error, you will be asked to provide (i) your web order number (It's that X digit number on the invoice we sent you with your order); and (ii) a description of the incorrectly shipped or missing item. We will then process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions, if applicable, as soon as possible.
Return/Exchange Procedure
To process a non warranty return or exchange of a Product, we will need you to first fill out This Form. Once we receive your completed Form, we will send you an email providing you with a Return Material Authorization number ("RMA") along with additional instructions. You must obtain the RMA number prior to returning the Product to us. The Form will ask you to provide certain information, including the reason for the return of the Product and whether you would like to exchange the Product or receive web-store credit. RMA number is to be printed on the outside of the box you are returning. Returns/Exchanges without an RMA number cannot be processed and will be returned to sender.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a restocking fee unless the Product(s) received was damaged upon receipt by you from us or shipped by us incorrectly. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.

Vapur is not responsible for any returns/exchanges which are lost in the mail when being returned to us. We advise you to insure your package containing the Product(s) being sent to us and get tracking information. We apologize, but no exceptions can be made to this policy
