Canceling an order

If you already paid using a Credit Card through our site and need to cancel your order, e-mail us at support@vapur.us. Please include your name and address, and a Customer Care Advocate will contact you.

I live outside the U.S. Can I still purchase an Anti-Bottle?  

In most cases, yes! Although, there are several countries we are currently unable to ship to, we are working to make the Anti-Bottle available to everyone. Please contact us at   sales@vapur.us for more information. 

My order wasn’t right - I didn’t get everything that I ordered! Help!
