Shipping

Product is shipped out of a distribution warehouse located in St. Louis, MO. We use two methods of shipping (USPS and UPS).

In-stock items are sent out from our facility within 72 hours of your order being placed. Once it leaves our facility, your order is then placed in the care of UPS or USPS. Estimated delivery time with UPS and USPS ground shipping is 5 to 10 business days for domestic orders. If you use the expedited shipping option, your order should arrive on your doorstep within 2 to 3 business days.

Our products are shipped all over the world. When shipping overseas, you can expect to receive your goods within 2 to 6 weeks via the First Class International Mail option. At the time of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail, which includes a UPS or USPS tracking number.  NOTE: If your order was shipped First Class Mail (our most economical option), the tracking number can take a few days to be updated in the USPS system.

Insured Mail

Insured mail (First Class Mail only) provides coverage against loss or damage up to the total cost of the item(s) purchased.

International Orders

Orders ship FOB St. Louis, MO. Customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery. Vapur cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. We advise that you contact your local customs office for more information.
