Returns & Exchanges

 

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your product ("Product"), and you purchased or received the Product directly from vapur.us, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the Product invoice date. Provided the returned or exchanged Product is returned within this 30-day period and the Product is in "as purchased" condition (as determined at Vapur's sole discretion), we will then issue you either a refund or web-store credit. Restocking fees may apply, unless the Product received was damaged upon original receipt by you or was shipped incorrectly by us. Any Product which is either returned after such 30-day period or is not in an "as purchased" condition, will not be accepted by us unless the returned Product is covered by our Product Warranty.

If you purchased the Product from a retail store or website other than vapur.us, please contact the retailer or website directly for return/exchange policies.

 

Receipt of Wrong Product

If you received the wrong Product in your shipment, or something is missing from your order from us, please contact our Customer Care Department at info@vapur.us. To assist us in expediting a prompt resolution of the shipping error, you will be asked to provide (i) your web order number (the 9-digit number on the invoice we sent with your order); and (ii) a description of the incorrectly shipped or missing item. We will then process a replacement shipment as soon as possible and provide return instructions, if applicable.

 

Return/Exchange Procedure

To process a non-warranty return or an exchange of a Product, please email support@vapur.us or call us at 888-834-8544.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs unless you received a damaged Product from us or the Product was shipped by us incorrectly. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.

Vapur is not responsible for any returns/exchanges that are lost in the mail while being returned to us. We advise you to insure the package being sent to us and get tracking information.
